Our 12u/14u girls training cohort will engage with water polo in a more structured and technical format, with increased expectations around commitment to our training schedule. Athletes will engage in conditioning, structured skill development work, and scrimmages during each of our three 1.75-hour training sessions per week. This group may include more than one team, depending on the overall size of our program and the range of player skill levels.
